Please attach sufficient photos and videos of proof of delivery such as an unpacking video, photos of the shipping label, photos of the parcel before unpacking, and photos of the broken or damaged products with your complaint. Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a return shipping label for the damaged or defective product the basis of eligibility.
• Return and Refund Process: In order to be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must follow our Replacement Only Policy as outlined above. Please note that we do not accept returns for any reason other than damage or defect.
